Design System creation & Upkeep
Building an Intuitive and Scalable Design System: At my current role, I contributed to creating and maintaining a robust design system to support a large-scale internal platform. Due to NDA restrictions, I cannot showcase the full breadth of pages that I have designed. However, I am proud to present snapshots of the design system and components I developed, as well as some full pages.
These demonstrate my ability to craft cohesive, intuitive, and scalable design solutions. My work involved designing reusable components, ensuring accessibility, and aligning with the company’s visual language and user needs. This design system streamlined development workflows, enhanced user consistency, and empowered cross-functional teams to build and iterate efficiently.
Rewarded Video - Public facing Tool
At Playwire, publishers can further boost their revenue by introducing a rewarded video tool. This innovative feature would offer users alternative ways to bypass monthly subscription fees—such as watching a video or signing up via email—thereby generating additional income through increased ad views and email engagement.
It was essential that the tool maintain a clean, professional design to ensure it appears credible and avoids any resemblance to a deceptive pop-up. The tool was a financial success for the company.
Video Player Redesign - Public facing Tool
A redesigned video player enhances both user experience and revenue. A clean, modern interface encourages more clicks on ads and content by building trust and reducing the perception of intrusiveness. Optimizing performance across devices also minimizes buffering and drop-offs, ultimately boosting ad engagement and overall revenue.
Page Layouts & Ad Unit Redesign
The Ad Unit page is the most frequently used section in RAMP. It lets users add, remove, and edit page layouts and active ad units. The previous version—a small modal with only the "advanced rules" UI—created issues due to its limited space. The redesign features illustrative visuals for a more pleasant interface and clearer guidance on ad unit placement and functionality.

Publisher Onboarding Redesign
Onboarding is the first page that publishers face after signing up with Playwire. This step is an important first impression with a new partner. The onboarding tool doesn't only needs to take important information but more importantly it needs to communicate the needs, and next steps very clearly, without requiring the clients to call their account managers and be talked through the process.
This redesign increased onboarding satisfaction rates from 75% to 97%

Playwire Diagnostics tool
The diagnostics tool allows Playwire employees to access essential page information without needing to read code. It automatically gathers data on every ad served during the current refresh, which allows for an easy, readable access to that information.
Playwire Diagnostics was designed using Playwire's design system, so that the tool is consistent with the company standards and is scalable in the future.
New SAAS Tool Redesign - In Progress
As the sole UX Designer on this large scale project, I am tasked with taking the current capabilities of RAMP (Playwire's internal tool), adding more complex functionality, and at the same time making it more user friendly, as this SAAS tool will be used by many clients who are not experts at ad tech. The images below show the current UI, the medium fidelity wireframe, and the newest high fidelity page.
The goal has been to create, test with users and aim to simplify further.
